JMT at FABTECH 2014 (Day 1)

This year’s FABTECH show has been the best attended of all the ones held in Atlanta. FABTECH rotates every four years between Chicago, Las Vegas, back to Chicago and then Atlanta.

JMT‘s National Sales Manager Ken Bartelli commented, “Although past FABTECH shows have been great, this one seemed to have a higher level of decision makers visit our booth who had an immediate need to purchase equipment.” (And as a sales-oriented company, those words are music to our ears!)

Many customers seemed quite impressed with some of the unique features of JMT‘s booth. Customers made many comments about the creativity we used in the artistic furnishings of our booth, much of which we fabricated with our own machines. From things like tables, stools, metal logos and a sculpture of a motorcycle, all of which were cut out using our fiber lasers, to the shipping containers that converted into office space complete with mezzanine, our custom design work caught the attention of the visitor and passerby alike.

Ken Bartelli anticipates that tomorrow’s attendance will be even greater. He said, “If today was any indication, as the first day of a show, this could be a record-breaking sales event for JMT!
